Oktoberfest
Our version of a modern Festbier is golden in color with a blend of Munich and Pilsner malts. Medium-bodied, malty and finished with a distinct German hop flavor. This kit uses a lager yeast that has a wider than normal temperature range, allowing it to be fermented at room temperature if you do not have the equipment to ferment it around 51°F.
