Description
Elderflowers present a light and refreshing character, sometimes described as “chamomile-like”. A perfect addition to any light beer or wheat beer recipe. Also called Black Elder, European Elder, and Common Elder. These dried elder flowers have been rubbed on mesh screens to crumble them slightly. Elder flowers have found widespread for making infusions, cordials, and wines.
