Description
Imperial Blonde Ale
A big, bold version of the classic Blonde Ale. This recipe features Honey Malt, which lends a slight sweetness to the flavor profile. Late extract additions keep the color light, true to the style. A hint of wheat malt contributes a slightly cloudy appearance to the final product, and the addition of corn sugar produces a dry finish.
