Description
Used in the brewing process to add a distinct and refreshing grapefruit flavor and aroma to beer. Typically added at the end of the boil, between the last 5-10 minutes. With the rise of grapefruit IPAs and pale ales, this is a great way to add some extra grapefruit character to your beer! It can also be used in fruit beers, wheat beers, hefeweizens and Belgians.

Recommended Use: Up to 1 ounce per 5 gallons added the last 5-10 minutes of the boil.
